I now have the luxury to exit the speedway of full time cheffing and focus my skills and love of cooking as a Private Chef.  Rather than offering a standing menu, each menu is customized specifically for each client.  After all, I’m cooking for YOU, not for myself!  Based in Albany NY,  I work in the Catskills, the Adirondacks, the Berkshires in Massachusetts and right here in the Capital District and Hudson Valley.  I come to you, be it a vacation rental, a summer retreat, a farm, wedding venue, or in the comfort of your home.  I’m not a big caterer, bringing food in hot boxes and re-heating it on premise.  I do my cooking right on site, serve you the menu we created, fresh off the stove, and leave the kitchen spotless in my wake.  I cook seasonally, whenever possible I source product locally and sustainably.  I believe in supporting local growers, top quality suppliers and producers of artisan products.  It’s truly a privilege to be able to cook, at the top of my game, in such a creative, focused and intimate way.  At the end of my day I hope I’ve made your special day better!

I cater larger events, teach classes in all things culinary, and am a restaurant consultant on projects from fine dining to food trucks.  In my spare time,  I’m a gigging musician, a gardener and a writer.  I’m owned and operated by my two cats, Gibson and Lucy.
